Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ozer, operated by Ozer Labs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ozer is an AI-powered autonomous operator. It generates daily briefs from your connected sources, executes tasks on your behalf within configured trust boundaries, and manages integrations with third-party services.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ozer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. One account per person.

Subscriptions and billing

Ozer offers a monthly subscription at $299/month (standard rate) or $149/month (founding member rate, limited to the first 50 customers). Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Ozer for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
Send spam or unsolicited messages through Ozer’s email capabilities
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
Exceed reasonable rate limits or abuse the service infrastructure
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

Intellectual property

Ozer, its interface, and underlying technology are owned by Ozer Labs. Briefs, reports, and other outputs generated for your account are yours to use as you see fit.

Integration access

When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or other services, you grant Ozer read access to process your data for brief generation and task execution. You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party service’s permissions page. Ozer operates within your configured trust phase and will not take actions beyond what you authorize.

Limitation of liability

Ozer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription and delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
